However, if you have received a defective or incorrect edible food item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product within 15 days of purchase. The exchanged product must be of equal value to the original item. b. Non-edible products: If you wish to exchange a non-edible product, please contact our customer support within 15 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please note that exchanges can only be made for products of equal value.

  3. Online Courses, Training Materials, and Downloadable Content: Online courses, training materials, and downloadable content (audio, video, or hard copy) are non-refundable. We provide detailed descriptions and information to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. Please review the course outlines and product details carefully before making a purchase. b. Downloadable content, once purchased, cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please ensure that you are certain about your purchase before completing the transaction.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the copyrighted materials without prior written consent from Best2succeed is strictly prohibited.

  6. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns: The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases where we have shipped an incorrect or defective product. For exchanges, the customer may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item, depending on the nature of the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for any returned items to ensure their safe arrival. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

  7. Final Sale and Sale Items: All final sale items and items purchased on sale are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
